Moving on?

So...I realize now that I have bought  a house that is ridicuolosly big. I mean let's face it I am 1,60 above the waterline and this house is already filling my needs. So right now I am questioning the sanity of moving onto phase 2, the top floor. I could just keep it the way it is and make it into a giant studio...

Still my impatience is driving me on and since things are not moving very fast at work..Who knows...
